Information on work residencies
Brechts Hus is available to guests looking for peace and quiet to do artistic or scientific work.
The house can be rented for (usually) a minimum of 4 weeks at a time.
A stay begins on a Friday.
The rent is currently DKK 2100 per week (incl. gas, electricity and water). This amount can be changed at short notice if expenses change. In addition, DKK 600 for a final cleaning.
The house is fully furnished. There is a study, a living room and 2 bedrooms etc. There is linen and crockery for up to four people.
The house also contains a fully equipped kitchen, two bicycles, a washing machine and wireless internet access.
The house is a non-smoking house.
For the sake of allergy sufferers, pets are not allowed.
